Good people to support you
All the people who support you have good training and want to support you well.
You will have a keyworker.
This is someone who gets to know you really well and is there for you.

Person centred planning, support and treatment
At a Danshell home or hospital we will work with you to make a person centred plan. Together we will find out what is important to you now and in the future. This will help us make sure you get support that is just right for you.
At a Danshell hospital we also want to make sure you get the right sort of care and treatment for you. Click on the picture for a leaflet about person centred planning, support and treatment.
Before you get treatment you need to give consent
This means we tell you all about your treatment and you say if it is ok to do those things.

Good activities to do
We think good activities are important to learn new skills, to be more independent and to enjoy yourself.
Each Danshell home and hospital has an activity co-ordinator to help plan activities that are just right for you.
Your safety is very important to us. Click on a picture to find out more about some of the important things we do to make sure you are safe.
