Quality and Care

• We believe that everyone should be treated as a full and valued member of their community with the same rights as everyone else.

• We work with service users, to provide them with support and choice in safe environments which enable people to flourish.

• Although our organisation is new, our team contains a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge and our leaders are known and trusted.

• We take a multi-disciplinary and evidence-based approach to care. Multi-disciplinary teams include psychiatrists, psychologists, experienced nursing staff, support workers, healthcare assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, social workers, teaching staff, and music, art and sports therapists.

• By having regular communication with referring teams, commissioners, families, independent advocacy services and other stakeholders to we can aim to be transparent in what we say, do and deliver.

• Our focus is on the improvement of health and well being of service-users, developing trusting relationships and attaining positive outcomes. Service users are encouraged to identify and achieve their strengths, needs and aspirations using person centred thinking and approaches.
